Reporting to the Head of Bar you will play a vital role in enhancing the experience of our resorts, showcasing your excellent customer-service, management skills and knowledge across our bar. This role will allow you to use your creativity and self-motivation to push sales and provide an atmospheric environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a bar
• Good knowledge of beverages
• Good cocktail knowledge highly desirable
• UK/EU passport holder
• UK National Insurance or EU Social Security number
• UK/EU bank account

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility of the day-to-day running of the bar
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard
• Manage stock control, weekly stock takes & reconciling deliveries
• Ensure high levels of hygiene and cleanliness to the Mark Warner standards
• Daily cleaning and tiding
• Develop a good relationship with the guests
